Meet Miss San Francisco '24 - Bailey Farren

Bailey Farren is our newest Miss San Francisco.


Education: B.A. in Rhetoric University of California at Berkeley - Class of '19


Hometown: Berkeley


Current Employment: CEO at Perimeter, Inc., a mapping platform for first responders and the public


Scholastic/Career Ambition: My current ambition is to bring Perimeter to every state in the US, and I’m looking forward to continuing my education with a graduate degree in neuroscience.


Community Service Initiative (CSI): “You’re Already Qualified:” Empowering women to start companies and see themselves as founders and leaders.


Talent/HERStory: Performed HERStory about her experience as a young female CEO.


Accomplishments: Featured on Forbes 30 Under 30 for Enterprise Technology; Winner of the Westly Prize for Social Innovation; Nominated for the Pritzker Environmental Genius Award; Raised $6 million dollars to develop and deploy my company, Perimeter (an emergency mapping platform) in CA and NV; Perimeter was a winner of the New York Times Good Tech Awards; Keynote speaker for UC Berkeley’s Entrepreneurship Bootcamp and Innovation Academy.


Interesting Facts: I was homeschooled for most of my life before college; I have 4 brothers

I spent most of my life before college wanting to be a chef.


Bucket List: Go on a month-long writing sabbatical; Participate in public safety policy decisions at the White House.
