Meet Miss Alameda County - Olivia Sally

Olivia Sally is our newest Miss Alameda County. Here are some fun facts about Olivia:
Education: Political Science & Education Studies at Yale University; Bishop O’Dowd High School – Alumna
Community Service Initiative: To Light a Candle: Civic Education
Hometown: Oakland
Talent: Piano, violin, viola, uke, and guitar.
Employment: White House, Office of the Vice President – Advance/Travel Associate
Career Ambition: Pursue a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and run for local office
Current Community Service Activities/Honors: Former White House Intern and Advance Associate; appointed as youngest member of oldest municipal civil rights agency in the U.S.; led Girl Scout Gold Award project by creating civic curriculum around the U.S. citizenship exam; joined Miss America in 2017.
Interesting Facts: Wrote Harvard, Yale, and Stanford-admitted essay about Miss California; Made it to final round of Survivor casting; Can play
